We started this business to provide an excellent and discreet, high-end, residential buying service for overseas clients wishing for guidance and suitable options. Our remit now includes searching for development opportunities and income driven returns but we treat every new client as if they are our first. Our clients retain us to source and gain access to opportunities in real estate. These come to us via an excellent network of professionals and past clients, often prior to their reaching the open market. We offer our clients insight and where possible, options to enhance value.
BROKERAGE
Our roots are in residential property however we also support commercial real estate transactions. The hunt for commercial returns has driven our clients to consider London offices, hotels and retail, as well as UK-wide real estate.
COLLABORATION
Our clients range from end users to investors, developers and funds. We assist in structuring deals and sourcing funding. Often the value proposition is in the team and we enjoy bringing the right people together.
